Scheduling and Payments

We accept reservations via online booking, and phone. Services are paid for at the time they are rendered. Please have your Venmo, credit card, cash or check ready for your therapist after enjoying your treatment. Booking an appointment requires a credit card or your gift certificate number to hold your appointment.

We do not utilize a receptionist at the Spa although our phones are answered 24 hours a day where you can ask any questions or be directed to the proper therapist as needed.

What do I wear for my appointment?

Our therapists are highly trained professionals and will drape you discreetly and protect your privacy at all times. Traditionally most treatments are done wearing no clothes. You may wear undergarments if you prefer.

Tranquility Spa & Massage holds the highest standards for our safety. In the event that there is inappropriate behavior, sexual or otherwise, we will terminate the massage session and the client will be asked to pay and leave immediately. You will no longer receive services here.

Please disclose Health Conditions before your appointment

A client health in-take is completed by all clients via text or email notification which can be completed before coming to your appointment. Please be aware that if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure or a heart condition, services that involve the application of heat are not advised. We also need to be informed of any skin irritations, infections and/or injuries prior to your massage treatment.

How early should I arrive to my appointment? 

Please arrive a minimum of 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to check in. Restrooms are located in the commons area outside our suite. We request that you turn all cellular phones and pagers off. 

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

You may cancel your appointment without charge 24 hours in advance for all services performed within Tranquility Spa & Massage. This is a courtesy to other guests and your Practitioner who is reserving time specifically for you. Cancellations less than 24hrs prior to your appointment will be assessed a few of 50% of your scheduled services. If you do not show up for your appointment your card will then be charged for 100% of each service you had scheduled. Appointment reminders are provided via text messaging and e-mail, however, we will not be held responsible for technological difficulties. Please write your appointment time down in a secure location.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Gift Certificates may be purchased at our office, by phone or online by clicking “buy gift certificates” icon at the bottom of the website. *Note: Gift certificates are non-refundable

What is the gratuity policy?

Our taxes and services do not include any gratuities. Gratuities may be given to your therapist at your discretion in appreciation for wonderful service. Standard gratuity is 15-20% of the treatment price.
