Born and raised in Fargo, Tara graduated from the Salon Professional Academy in 2010 and has been helping clients feel and function better ever since. Opening Tranquility Spa & Massage was a lifelong dream, created from her passion for helping others relieve pain, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being.

A personalized Approach to Massage
Tara believes everybody is different. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, she listens to each client’s concerns and combines techniques to create a treatment tailored to their individual needs and goals.

She especially enjoys working with neck and shoulder tension, headaches and migraines, postural imbalances, and chronic muscle tension, and pain.. Through years of continuing Education, Tara has developed a deeper understanding of how different areas and systems of the body can influence one another.

Specialized Techniques
Tara’s training includes Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Vacuum Cupping for muscle release and lymph drainage, Heated Bamboo Massage, Postitional Release Therapy, Thai Yoga Massage, Doterra essential oils massage, and the newest technique Dolphin Neurostim/MPS therapy & Scar Release.

She enjoys blending these techniques within her sessions to address areas of tension and restriction while still providing the relaxing, restorative experience massage should offer.
