Gift Certificates

Purchasing gift certificates how to:

Through the website here to either print or email out to the recipient
By coming into the Spa during our normal front desk hours
Over the phone to either pick up or we can mail it out to you or the recipient
Gift certificates are NON-REFUNDABLE! If you move and cannot use your certificate you can gift it to someone else if you’d like
May be purchased for dollar amount only with the exception of Spa Packages

Cancellation Policy

Must cancel or reschedule your appointment/s 24 hours in advance or you will be charged 50% cost per service. If you do not cancel and do not show up for your service/s, you will be charged for the full cost of each service that day. If you are using a gift certificate and don’t show up for your appointment, the charges will be deducted from your gift certificate. If you are late for your service, your appointment will be shortened accordingly as we will have another service to prepare for after yours.

Scheduling your Spa escape

~Schedule online or call our Spa directly at 701-232-2626 and we would be happy to assist you. If unable to reach someone, please leave a detailed message and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Upon booking your appointment, you will be required to secure your service with a credit card. We will not use your card unless you do not show for your appointment or if you do not cancel within 24 hours of your service.

Note: Each therapist at the Spa is independent and makes their own hours, so outside of our desk hours we will be open only if there are services going on. Walk ins are not available for any of our services as the therapists are not typically at the Spa if they don’t have services scheduled.

Spa Etiquette

Please remember when you arrive at the Spa that services are in session and that loud noises are disruptive. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time for pre-service preparations. Download our health forms if you’d like to fill them out ahead of time and bring them along.
